We’ve been seeing this character’s disembodied head floating around all over the neighborhood for weeks, so it’s nice to finally be able to put a name to a face, thanks to this pic snapped by Mike near 20th and Florida. I’m going with that his name is Oddfellow Says: “Get Even.”
