   oh this is completely not correct. California offers a chance for every dumbass from the rest of the country to come here and have a second chance. Yes they don’t know how to operate a ten-key, that’s why they are here, to figure it out. Of course if said dumbass fails there’s always the Golden Gage bridge or the train tracks in Menlo Park
