That’s gotta be at least 6+ feet high, so probably not actually children. Plus, children don’t write on walls/poles– that’s Bike Kid Fun.

I’m from Asheville, NC where there is a popular tag of a pregnant woman’s silhouette. The group is called MOMS. Though I was never clear if you had to actually be a mom to join.
Its possible the grown up children of the MOMS clan have migrated here and are continuing the tradition.
I personally wouldn’t mind kicking up an “Alcoholic Uncles” tag crew. Anyone interested?
