I passed this today and thought how funny it would be if someone did a series of shots of the front doors of SF flop houses and then put it on a poster like they do those European Doors. It would be a nice contrast.
Oh, I just got it. “rate”…that’s funny. I hope some bastard doesn’t try to undercut them with better prices.
