My GF and I ran into this guy on Saturday. Luckily, my GF speaks Mandarin. This guy lives at a senior center on Dolores & modified the bike himself so he could bike to the library downtown to check out movies. Sheer awesomeness. I’m going to try to fix up an old adult tricycle of mine & give it to him. We got his contact info (hopefully translated properly) – cross your fingers.

I saw him pushing it up Dolores towards Market while sucking on a cigarette the other day.
