What exactly is inside the vacant New Mission Theater right now?

Mission Local caught it with its door open just a crack yesterday, and it looks as though it is possibly filled to the brim with a gargantuan pile of trash.

They used to have two-for-one double features on Tuesday nights here back in the late 1980s. Two people, two movies, five (or six?) bucks! Van Damme, Stallone, Segal, Lundgren, all the greats!

Saw it recently with the door completely open and people milling around. It is completely full of trash. Piled up mattresses, and all kinds of crap. Maybe they’re clearing it out to make something of it finally.

I’d imagine lots of people living in those condos will be eating at Tacolicious, brunching at Medjool, and drinking at Mosto.

hahaha true, true…but so what? The party’s over in S.F. Let them dwell in live/eat lofts as they please. This town of no pity is never looking back.
No mercy for the old and poor – there are no old/poor lofts here, buddy.
