From Bi-Rite. Highly recommended. Seen here, it’s swirled with chocolate, but I really wished I’d gotten 100% malted coconut. Malted coconut. Malted coconut. Yummmmmmm. (Plus, doy, the soft serve line is so much shorter than the other line.)

I love how Bi-Rite knows about The Malt and its importance to human taste buds–they always have malted vanilla scoops as well.
Best shopping day of recent memory was discovering that Safeway had started to carry Carnation Malted Milk powder. Killer freakin diller!
Is Bi-Rite soft serve worth it? I always think.. man there’s no line there. I should just get soft serve. But then I’m all.. if I get soft serve and it’s a disappointment I will have totally wasted an entire trip to Bi-Rite. And then I end up bypassing the line and just getting a pint instead.
Personally, I LOVE soft-serve, but I haven’t been that impressed with Bi-Rite’s. I do, however, love the soft-serve at McDonald’s, so take that with a grain of salt. It’s worth trying, though.
I like it a lot. Esp. the Mexican chocolate. I had the malted coconut yesterday, and can confirm its goodness.
it’s pretty good. not all flavors are as good, especially when it comes to twisting.
