   no denying it’s evidence of (more, continued, inevitable) change.

   i didnt try the new stuff (i can’t stand to wait in a line)…but i do love bacon-wrapped hot dogs. and tamales. and pasteles. and elotes. the ladies & gentlemen who sell these things, thank goodness, are not thwarted.

   see? we CAN have development AND traditional, local flavors.
