This could have been the scene at Shotwell's had the dog had a nice hat and opposable thumbs.

   Doggie Happy Hour TODAY Saturday June 6 at Doc’s Clock from 4-8! More dogs in a bar at one time that you can shake a rubber bone at! And beer!
