      What’s the issue here? What makes their tacos fusion? I’ve been to the restaurant a few times now, the food is pretty spot on. I mean, I get that they’re a clean and even pretty restaurant, but are you suggesting that that makes them any less “authentic”?

      It’s a strange statement you make: that a chef of a certain ethnicity should only cook within they’re culture. Wouldn’t that make the world a pretty mono-chromatic place?

      I’d love to hear your thoughts.
