24th St BART escalator update: still broken.

The estimated repair date is now IN THE PAST.

Also, if BART ever hits 88 miles per hour, you might end up at the Smile Awhile Tavern.

   It was actually working around noon today. I was SO excited I’d finally get to use the escalator on the way home from work. BUT NO.

     The only thing that could capture this better would be to have tourists hauling their suitcases up these stairs as they arrive from SFO.

   An escalator can never break: it can only become stairs. You should never see an Escalator Temporarily Out Of Order sign, just Escalator Temporarily Stairs. Sorry for the convenience.
