How to make a mango lassi

When I’m not getting a “spiritous tequila drink” at Dosa or a very cheap pitcher of MGD at Zante, my drink of choice with Indian food is this thing, but I never really thought much about how you’d go about making it.

This is stupid. You don’t need mangoes; they’re seasonal, hard to find, and expensive.

Get the mango pulp in a can from any Indian store. Use that instead. Not much mess to boot.

      • Brillo says:

It tastes different, but not worse.

Hmm. I do not agree. I definitely think fresh fruit/veg tastes superior to canned.

they’re only refering to mango pulp for this recipe, not all “fruits/veg” dipshit. you rarely seem to understand what people mean.
