Greetings from San Bruno and Felton!

Has anyone else ever jumped on the 8x at 6th and Harrison thinking it was like, a 9 or something? I’ve done it twice now, once four years ago and another time yesterday. It immediately starts changing lanes, and then your heart sinks as you realize it’s getting on the freeway. In the end, I made it to my destination (Dear Mom) in about 45 minutes, so it wasn’t too bad. But you can imagine how powerless I felt.

Also, the bus driver laughed at me.

There’s a bunch of rad stuff down there.

Including the best blueberry pancakes in the city.

I hesitate to say, as they are already crazy busy on the weekends… But it is right there in the bottom picture. Breakfast at Tiffany’s. They are k-rad and superfly.

You had to ride a bus 10 blocks?

I had been walking from downtown but I was carrying some stuff, and the bus was just pulling up, so I jumped on. Spur of the moment decision, hence the mistake.
