The copy reads, “Until there’s a cure, Tim Lincecum throws strikes.”

So, if somebody cures AIDS tomorrow, no more strikes? Seems like a powerful disincentive.

How about, “Until there’s a cure, Tim Lincecum sits on the bench”? That might get it done, right?

   there is a flaw in your logic: just because “Until there’s a cure, Tim Lincecum throws strikes” it does not necessarily follow that when there is a cure, the strikes cease.

     Fine, but it still reads like, “Let’s not not cure AIDS” or something. The copy could be a little sharper.
