When Thee Oh Sees play Brick & Mortar Music Hall, something special happens. It’s an intimate venue with a serious sound system, and those are two qualities that really lend themselves to epic Oh Sees shows.
So we’re very excited that the band is playing at this venue again this Wednesday night, with the Mallard, Burnt Ones and Warm Soda opening up. And we’re excited that we get to give away a pair of tickets! If you’d like to play, tell us in the comments section below why you deserve to win. A winner will be chosen based on merit. We deserve the Oh Sees since we have everything they have done on vinyl and we purchased them as they were released so we have been fans for a long time. My husband has been having a hard time at work lately and what a better thing to surprise him with than tickets to a show we can walk to with one of our favorite bands????? If we could afford to go to every one of their shows I am sure that is what we would do but unfortunately we are on a tight budget. Thank you for your consideration!!!! We would love to go!
It is now sold out! I just tried to purchase one ticket for my husband since he has been really wanting to see them again but when I tried, sold out! Maybe we will still win these tickets. Fingers and toes crossed!

I believe I should win them because I have been saving up to buy the tickets and right when I was about to check out they sold out. i would like to go because music is the ultimate force penetrating, without resistance. the ohh sees force is grottal, rhythmic, flyby moon beets beating. i dig, and i’m sure the crowd will say so too. so thats why i want to go. i want to move and shake and shimmy sprinkling my shine from hair ends to toe’s beginnings. connecting, with all the space in between, my inside and outside worlds. they converge in color space image time scapes and transformation is born. i want to be there, then.
