    I keep seeing this woman near my apartment in the upper market / castro area. Near the Safeway mostly (like in this shot in front of the Transfer … or whatever it’s called now). She always has her pants partially off or her hands down her pants. Honestly, what happens to people like this in other cities? I am sure she’s f’d and I pity her but, it’s not okay to act like this on the streets. San Francisco is supposed to have more programs / assistance than anywhere on earth for people in trouble like this, why do we have so many deranged/addicted people on the streets?
