It seems as though not everyone’s on board with the this whole recycling thing. I’d hate to see what they think of our city’s mandatory composting program.

I thought for a second that that might be an art installation.
It wasn’t very amusing when I had to clean that up, and call a glass shop to replace the broken panel. Families live in that building.
