This might be the guy I called the cops on recently. There is really mentally disturbed (ie. threatening to attack non-existent people), pushing a shopping cart with giant branch cutters. He decimated the trees on my street by lopping off tons of big branches. Saw him by Bi-Rite the next day.
So we’re not the only ones whose completely mundane, worth nothing to anyone except for us, plants got swiped. I even chained (yes) some plants down and when the guy (I’m assuming it’s a guy and I’m assuming it’s this guy) couldn’t get them out of the planter, he ripped the flowers off in a rage. WTF.
