This bike has been locked there for weeks. I’m guessing it’s some kind of twist on grounding. As in… “your punishment is looking at your bike locked outside, but you can’t ride it for a whole month.”
Looking at the size of the headset and the seat I’m not sure this is a kid’s bike. Yes, I know it was made and marketed as such, but I think it might be the next terrifying step in the growing “grown men (often in black hoodies) riding tiny BMX bikes on public streets” fad. Called the ‘GM(OBH)RTBMXBPS’ fad for short.
