Why would lesbians need condoms anyway?

I would have never considered buying condoms at Rainbow. Are they vegan non-latex cruelty-free fair-trade condoms or something?

  5. jimbeam says:

Big surprise they only stock the expensive shit.

this picture is missing the BULK condom bins that sit RIGHT BELOW these ones….they’re a quarter a pop!

Here’s another problem: the day this photo was taken was one of the notorious Coupon Days (so recently mentioned both in the Chronicle and CBS 5 news).

They are regular condoms, and often quite stocked up, but the customers have been raiding the store on Wednesday and Thursdays. So you end up with a selection like this one. And yes, there are a bunch of 25¢ condoms just below this shot.

(Just a side note, if Rainbow is for pussies, why was the photographer there in the first place? Or am I supposed to take ‘pussies’ as a positive comment?)

when position descriptions are seen as tools of control rather than explanations of the part a person must play in the processes of production for a predetermined outcome, the employee is downgraded to slave status, not that of equal employee. it is a break from the common summer months concerts in the lush green parks of nyc for the new york philharmonic. they will now schedule performances for september. furthermore, the orchestra will be carrying out with none other than tenor andrea bocelli. taking time out from his still busy musical schedule, original grateful dead guitarist bob weir graced the stage for the entire second set of the band’s first fillmore show on thursday evening, during which dso lead guitarist john kadlecik played the “wolf,” one of jerry garcia’s old custom six-strings, and the band played an “original” set list (comprised of gd songs, but not a reenactment of a gd show). friday night’s concert was a version of a 1983 gd performance from eugene, oregon (for full set lists and more visit http://www.darkstarorchestra.net). it took some time for swing music to really be embraced by the music listening people, largely because of what was then seen as being an erratic style of music and the equally erratic dancing that was associated with it. however, by the mid 1930s it had become mainstream and by the end of the decade and the start of the 1940s it had become the most popular music genre in the us.
