we took picklebacks to level 2… cut the pickle in half, carve the pickle guts out, pour jameson into your very own personal handcrafted “pickle shot glass” and then take the shot, followed by consumption of the pickle.

Jameson?! She’s got it all wrong, Jameson does not go with pickles. You want to use vodka for this.
It goes well with pickles, but not so much with shots of pickle juice. Cheap whiskey goes better with pickle juice — Ancient Age, for example.
There are just too many options for me to choose any of them on this one.
