Urgh, I haven’t eaten all day, and this Beer & Nosh post is making my stomach growl.

   I’ve been over there a couple times already; really nice folks. One complaint: they hack their meet like cavemen. It arrives on the plate in a jarring pile that looks half-eaten. It’s those kitchen scissors they love to use so much.

   This pisses me off I was hoping for BBQ, what they’re serving is not BBQ. Roast beef is roast beef and rotisserie chicken is rotisserie chicken. BBQ is made overnight with a smoker. There are several traditions of good BBQ. Carolina, Texas, Kansas City but this ain’t it.
