STREET FOOD + SOCIAL NETWORKING WHAT MORE COULD WE WANT
This is like gentrification 2.0 via the web. I love how when people talk about street food, the Latin American street food vendors are not mentioned (please correct me if I’m wrong).
Bah. I could give a shite about this either, but to be honest the main reason I feel that the street food phenomenon is overhyped is because this very blog couldn’t shut the hell up about the latest carts and their minor adjustments for the past year and a half.
Seriously. Can we just go back to hot dogs now and quit this pretentious street-foodie crap?
these trends boy they is a rollercoaster.
Mission Mission — of all people — complaining about Mission Local noticing street food sounds an awful lot like “hipsters ruin everything“.
No, I think we’re saying that Mission Local just plain sucks.
God forbid anyone try to do the occasional bit of actual journalism rather than just bitch on a wordpress blog.
This dumb-assed street food piece notwithstanding.
the only more fail than that post is this one.
