VAULT FIRE: initially 3,400 without power in Mission. Now only 300 affected and being placed on generators per PG&E.

   The power was out for about fifteen minutes in Mission Cliffs, knocking out the lights, the music and the fans. I was scared if it went on too much longer the place would get stinkier than normal.

   Power was out on parts of Valencia, and there was a PG&E guy down in a utility hole on 18th and Valencia. A lot of businesses closed or were cash only.
