Brunch-only food truck coming to Valencia Street this weekend

Its menu—a California-inspired list of things like ricotta pancake soufflés and pork belly hash—is a collaboration from Hummer and Rud, who’s also a Cordon Bleu grad.

  1. Hoping they do stay well away (as usual) from the 16th+Mission nexus. Why would I want to sit down? Because I’m old, DUH.

I want a microwave burrito and corn dog truck on 16th and Mission with lawn chairs for Cranky.

Any relation to the identically-named food cart in Portland?

I would not complain if there was.

  4. I could handle corn dogs for breakfast. Good idea. SF foodies could glam it up with some raspberry chipotle syrup or something similar.

Who wants to eat brunch standing up? And there’s something about eating brunch and not having to bring my own mimosas and coffee that I really like. Good luck, inconvenient covenience.
