Mission Mission is our daily salute to San Francisco's most vibrant neighborhood. We love it here, and we bet you do too.

The Mission giveth Sirron Norris, just as the Mission taketh Sirron Norris.
His stuff is such shit. One less bit of it can only brighten the neighborhood.
It would be cool if Rhea’s commissioned Sirron to do a new mural for them.
dang…
They’re painting over the TERRIBLE fish mural in the pic. Not everyone is an artitst, y’all
Not Sirron. Crappy ass fish mural.
I am surprised they’re doing that so easily; technically, murals – commissioned/paid for by someone other than the artist or not – are the intellectual property of the artist, and s/he has the legal right to stop the destruction/erasure of the work. That is, if they care to – depends on the artist of course. Maybe Sirron figures it’s all good.
You need to read up on property rights.
To expand on that: While the artist has IP rights in the mural, the real property owner has rights in the wall upon which the mural was applied.
people still care about rheas?
BTW looks like there’s a big-ass new Sirron mural going up just down Bryant at Calumet photo…
There is!
Rhea’s on Valencia used to have a sign advertising diet cola positioned to read: “dietrhea”, which was the inevitable result of their sandwiches.
Bluh….
