Here’s Neil Young performing “I’m the Ocean” with his mid-’90s backing band, Pearl Jam. The best part is the last minute or so:

My husband was recently in a collision on his motorcycle with an ambulance that ran a light before activating their siren/lights. He will eventually recover, but is out of commission for some months. The accident was on June 10 around 4p at the intersection of 16th St. & Potrero Ave.
The police were called, but we are still trying to find any witnesses that might have seen something.

A few weeks back, we wrote about a boycott of a pair of local restaurants that were treating workers unfairly. After a week or so, a member of San Francisco Solidarity Network left a comment saying the boycott had been a success, and that their friend’s wages had been paid as a result.
Yesterday, the network sent us this handsome flyer. Take note, all.
I always thought everybody at Vice basically hated SF, but a new photo essay by one of their own shows evidence of some reverence toward this city we all definitely love so much.
Night Fog Reader has the whole thing right here.
I’m just gonna recommend you listen to this song “At Last, We Have Class!” by local band Palms Spring and then consider going to their show tonight at SUB-Mission:
Killer, right? Show flyer after the jump:
