Teen Jobs For Teens

This flyer on 20th and Harrison not only offers you teen readers vague employment opportunities, it also goes the extra mile and shows you the perks of having money. Namely: piles of cash, a Wii, and Six Flags trips. Other (not pictured) possibilities include bags of candy, Todd McFarlane action figures, and those hats with the propellors on the top.

Go to it, young whippersnappers. And be sure to name drop me so I get the referral bonus.

San Francisco is Made of LEGOS

Or at least it should be.  Then we could all take photos that look as cool as those of Walter Dukes.

Do yourself a favor and click through to the large version for a psychedelic view from Dolores Park without the truffles.

UPDATE!!! Just noticed this crazy version too of the same scene!

Daily Update

In case you need some extra guidance, this daily update is on the new postin’ posts on Valencia St. Somebody is clearly on top of keeping it up to date.

Forget what day of the week it is? No problem, check out the post. What’s the current terrorist alert level? Lime… well that’s good I guess. Looks like irrational numbers aren’t exempt from the daily lucky number. Are imaginary numbers also allowed? You’re just going to have to stay tuned.

Street Artist Demonstrates the Moiré Effect

Proving that you can stick it to the man and be educational.

For more on Moiré patterns, consult this informative wiki entry. For more nightmarish photos of mouth as eyes, go here… and plan on not sleeping tonight.

Summer in the Mission

Carlos Reyes had an epic weekend apparently. And he seems to have gotten a radder camera. See all the action.

Indie Mart Was Awesome!

Fellas, you really shouldn’t miss Indie Mart. I am in full support of any event where you can get a kick-ass bloody mary (from thee Parkside) and walk around while beautiful, fashionable ladies are obliged to introduce themselves to you and excitedly hand you their contact information on creative stationary. Plus, for the gals: Broke Ass Stuart will hook you up with as many stickers as you can stuff in your organic tote bag. Flickr’r joda36 has a great photo set of the festivities.

Looks like the next one is going to be in Alamo Square on August 21st. Table fees start at the low, low $30, so sign up early. Details here.

More photos of hott crafts after the jump.
